Where do the products ship from?

All products ship from our plant in Bluffdale, UT.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we do ship anywhere UPS or FedEx will deliver. Please provide us with your preferred customs broker info and local contact information upon us receiving a PO from you.

Do you have additional images of your products?

Yes we do! For additional images of our products in use you can visit the gallery on our website.

What are your high impact acoustical wall and ceiling panels made of?

Our acoustical panels are made from 75% recycled water bottles. You can download a full Product Data Sheet and Safety data Sheet from the resource tap on our website.

What is the maximum width and height of panels?

The maximum size of our individual golf simulator panels is 48” x 96”. However, because we have our own in-house customization capabilities, our technology gives the ability to cut patterns and designs that carry over from one panel to the next, top to bottom and side to side. This creates an unlimited width and height design space.

Are your acoustical wall panel colors consistent between orders?

Our team strives for high quality and consistency in our products. However, We cannot always guarantee that the panels will be an exact match, but we can say, if they are not the same, it’s VERY close.

How do you clean the acoustical impact panels?

What is your return policy?

We stand by our products and offer a guarantee against defects. If you need to return a product, please contact us to report your claim.

• Due to the nature of our products, we charge a 20% RESTOCKING FEE, plus the cost of freight (both ways) on all returns and exchanges.

• In the event that your product arrives damaged during transit and is damaged during delivery, take several clear photos contact our customer service team. We will file a claim with the carrier and replace the product at no charge.

• Merchandise must be in original crating and/or packaging to protect the product during shipment. All returned items must be in 100% resalable condition. The return authorization number should be visible on all packages and on the freight bill. YOU MUST USE OUR SHIPPING COMPANIES FOR RETURNS.

• Any non-defective merchandise that is returned collect will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the quick turnaround time of our production all orders must be cancelled within 24 hours or they are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the product has been placed into production.

What is the recommended wall surface area to be covered for my Home gymnasium or sports court?

Coverage Recommendation: To achieve adequate sound dampening while still maintaining a gym-like acoustic environment, a common recommendation is to cover approximately 50% of the total wall surface area with 1” acoustical panels.

Here is an example formula:

To calculate the total square footage of 1” acoustical wall panels needed to be installed on the walls of the home gymnasium or sports court, follow these steps:

Calculate the Surface Area of the Walls:

Two longer walls: Each wall is 60 feet long and 22 feet high.
Two shorter walls: Each wall is 30 feet long and 22 feet high.

Formula:

Total wall surface area = 2 x 60 x 22 + 2 x 30 x 22 = 1980 total square feet.

Total wall surface area to receive acoustical panels: 1,980 x .5 = 990 total square feet.

To cover the walls of your 60′ x 30′ x 22′ indoor sports court with our 1-inch acoustical felt wall panels, you will need approximately 990 square feet of panels. This coverage will ensure comprehensive sound dampening throughout the entire space.

Can we create our own custom size of our choice?

YES, you can! Keep in mind that the cost is based on the total number of full 4’ x 8’ panels that are consumed. For example, if your panel design is 3’ x 3’, you will get 2 panels that total 18 sq ft, however, you will be charged for 32 sq ft.

Yes, we have a showroom at our Bluffdale location. Please call 801-619-7044 to schedule an appointment to visit our showroom. Because our team is meeting with customers on a regular basis, we discourage drop-in visits and will schedule an appointment for a future date, at that time
